I looking for a gift to get my mom from Italy, so I took some pictures of some scarfs that she might like. Mom, if you see something that you like, cast your vote, everyone else can vote as well.

On my own in Italy
The Christmas market looks like something I would enjoy a lot. The dutch booth even has klompen. Do they decorate much for Christmas in Italy? I saw a bit of greenery. The scarfs are all beautiful, so don't worry too much.
ReplyDeleteIn the first photo, Analisa likes one of the gray plaid ones in the back (for herself :) and I like the solid colors on the right, purple, butter yellow, or a deep red/fuschia. In the second photo, I like the 3 on the right side, with red, yellow or teal blue, I like the pattern in the scarf a lot in that photo. In the third photo, I don't really like the floral patterns, but the solid colors at the bottom- the gray, red, pink/magenta colors, or a green that would pick up the color of my eyes (same color as yours)- those look really nice too. There are so many beautiful ones, I will be happy with whatever you bring home.

Well, you've already heard her own opinion, but if I was buying for your mom, I would buy one of the ones in the second picture of scarves -- the third one down (or from the right) -- the teal blue one. Those are very interesting looking - do you know what fiber they're made from?
ReplyDeleteThat was one of the one's I liked, it is a blend of cashmere and silk.
ReplyDeleteI think the scarves in second picture are the most interesting as well. I didn't say that in my post, but I found their pattern most unique.
ReplyDeleteI kept losing my post, and wrote it 3 times ( so there were some thoughts lost in translation).

Ooooh Cashmere & Silk -- YUMMM! That's like saying it's a blend of soft & softer.
